Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of stretchpenniesmore.com, the free reminder service, our tips and our newsletter. The site is operated by Faces Off LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. The reminder service

• The service is free. You need a verified email address and a password.
• You create reminders yourself and choose their dates. We send an email on the day you choose for each reminder date, as described on How it works.
• Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. Email can be delayed, filtered as spam or fail to arrive, and dates you enter may be wrong. You remain responsible for your own deadlines, payments and cancellations. Keep your own record of anything important.
• We don't cancel services, make payments, or contact companies for you, and we're not affiliated with the companies you set reminders for.
• You can pause reminder emails, delete reminders, or delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, we'll give account holders reasonable notice by email where we can.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. Only add your own email address. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to abuse the service, including to send email to people who didn't ask for it.

3. Tips and other content

Our tips and newsletter are general information for US consumers, not financial, legal or other professional advice. Company policies and state laws differ; check your own agreements and providers' current terms.

4. Email

We send reminder emails only for reminders you create, account emails you need, and the newsletter only if you subscribe and confirm. See our Email and Anti-Spam Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, register other people's email addresses, put sensitive information such as account numbers or passwords in reminders, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape it in bulk, or send spam or harmful content through our forms.

6. Our content

The site's text, design and software are owned by Faces Off LLC and protected by copyright. You may print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Links to other sites

We may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the reminder service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that reminders will be delivered on time or at all, and warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faces Off LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for charges, fees, penalties or other losses from a missed or late reminder, arising from your use of the site or service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Faces Off LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring it where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we'll notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
